The WorldPay Merchant Agreement explains the terms and conditions that apply to WorldPay customers. If you pass the full risk assessment, we will ask you to sign two copies of the Merchant Agreement and mail them to us (we cannot accept this by fax). You may download a copy of the Merchant Agreement here. We will return one signed copy to you for your records. - Bank Compliance Form
Download, print and complete the Bank Compliance Form and ask your bank to sign and stamp it with their official branch stamp. For speed you may fax this to us, however we do require the original in the post. - Merchant Procedures Guide

The WorldPay MMS is where you manage your account with WorldPay. For example, it allows you to view the status of any transactions we have processed for you, and to make refunds. This document explains how to use the MMS. - Activation Request Form

The charges for processing through WorldPay and Webfarm are: | Annual Fee | 395 NZD |
| Credit/charge cards | 4.5% of the value of each payment |
These fees are fully inclusive of all bank and WorldPay card processing fees, and your choice of up to 5 currencies; extra currencies cost 160 NZD each (one-off charge). |

| Please note: Should your application be declined after full assessment, WorldPay will refund you 235 NZD (there is an administration fee of 160 NZD). |
